Seham ALHusaini founded SHA Advisory to give founder-led and mid-sized companies in Kuwait the kind of senior, hands-on transaction support that is usually reserved for much larger deals.

She was General Manager for the GCC at Deliveroo, leading the region through the company's IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Before that she was Chief Operating Officer of Shipa Freight, Agility's digital freight platform, and an investment associate at Agility Ventures. She began her career as a strategy consultant with Strategy& in New York.

She serves as an independent board member of Jazeera Airways and sits on its Audit committee, and she owns and runs a business in Kuwait.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
